1. The service

Dr. Alzan is an AI-powered health information and concierge service provided to registered members. Membership is offered in limited waves and may be capped, paused or tiered to protect quality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.

3. Fees and membership

Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period on your first membership payment.

4. No medical care

Dr. Alzan is an AI assistant and does not provide medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment. Its outputs are informational. Always confirm decisions with a qualified clinician. Never delay emergency care because of anything Dr. Alzan says. In an emergency call your local emergency number immediately.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm yourself or others, to generate content for illegal purposes, to reverse-engineer the agent, or to resell access without written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
